She, herself, is a successful entrepreneur, as well as a teacher, minister, administrator, consultant and transformational speaker, who demonstrates a true love for God and concern for people. With over 30 years’ experience in early childhood education, Esther truly is a trainer at heart and has put that know-how to work both nationally and internationally. Because she was born in Guyana, South America, and has lived, travelled and trained in various places around the world, she sees it in a very different way. 

She describes herself as an "out of the box" thinker, who loves to celebrate diversity in all its forms. She has a passion for encouraging women to celebrate themselves and each other and loves to witness their transformation taking place when they do.   

After living in Italy for several years and participating in International Women’s Day (Festa Della Donna in Italian) festivities, she was inspired to bring this type of celebration to the local community.  

Festa Della Donna focuses on empowering women through transformation and equipping them with the tools necessary to build up the “whole” woman. It is Esther’s vision is to expand FDD to a global celebration, serving women around the world with coaching, personal development retreats, online courses and much more.

Esther has published two compilations, titled “From Trials to Triumph” Volume One and Two, and is the co-author of “Our Issues His Virtue”. Over the years, she has spoken at faith-based and professional conferences in the U.S. and overseas. She is also a trainer and speaker in corporate America and is on the Board of Directors for one of the largest non-profit organizations in the United States.

Married to Pastor Jon Graham, she serves the Christian community with her husband, at Reset Church in Milford, DE. Together, they have three adult children, a daughter-in-love, and two grandchildren. 

Esther knows it is and will always be all about Him…Jesus Christ.
